YOU'RE in pain & X-RAYS

WERE NEGATIVE?

If you hurt yourself, a muscle, joint or bone (that isn’t obviously broken) you should get assessed by a physiotherapist. You DO NOT need a doctor’s prescription/referral to see us. Just make an appointment and we will do the rest. We are specialized in assessing and treating the musculoskeletal system (muscles, bones and joints) and understand when to refer a doctor if needed. Remember, General Practitioners are knowledgeable in ALL areas of the body; yet our specialties are bones, muscles, and joint rehabilitation —- We’re pretty good at it!

BACK pain during PREGNANCY?

IT’s not normal!

You don’t have to be uncomfortable just because you are pregnant. Typically during pregnancy the bodies ligaments become loose causing the pelvis to shift. This often causes pain as the correct muscles are not being utilized to effectively stabilize the core region. We can assess the requirements and devise a plan for action.

You May need us & not even know!

It goes without saying that picking your physiotherapist is just as important as going to see one. At Latitude Health we make it a priority to understand and assess your needs. We are committed to working with patients to ensure you receive the best healthcare possible to allow you to turn your setback into a comeback.
